Terms and Conditions for GoLego Lego Club for Children 4-17 Years Old

  1. Eligibility: GoLego Lego Club is open to children between the ages of 4 and 17. Parents or guardians of minors must sign a waiver of liability prior to participation.
  2. Safety: The safety of participants is the top priority of GoLego Lego Club. Participants must follow all rules and guidelines set forth by the club, including the proper use of Lego bricks and the prohibition of dangerous or harmful conduct.
  3. Equipment: GoLego Lego Club will provide all necessary Lego bricks and building equipment. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must use the equipment properly.
  4. Supervision: GoLego Lego Club is staffed by experienced supervisors who are dedicated to helping participants develop their building skills and ensuring their safety. Supervisors have the right to remove any participant from the club if they engage in dangerous or harmful conduct.
  5. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled club meetings and to arrive on time. Parents or guardians of minors are responsible for transportation to and from the club. Parents must contact the club owners if their children cannot attend a session so that we can mark them as absent from the register.
  6. Fees: There is a termly fee to participate in GoLego Lego Club. This fee covers the use of equipment and supervision. Fees are due by 2 weeks before the start of term.
  7. Liability: GoLego Lego Club, its supervisors, and its staff are not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during participation in the club. Participants and their parents or guardians assume all risks associated with the club and release GoLego Lego Club from any and all liability.
  8. Termination: GoLego Lego Club reserves the right to terminate the participation of any participant who engages in dangerous or harmful conduct.
  9. Refunds - Full refund- A full refund can only be given 2 weeks before the start of the term. Once a term has started a refund cannot be given.

By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of GoLego Lego Club.
